Don Q Piña Daiquiri

Don Q Piña Daiquiri

  • 2 oz Don Q Piña rum
  • ½ oz Sherry Wine
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup *
  1. Shake rum, wine juice, simple syrup and ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Don Q Daiquiri

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 Lime wheel for garnish
  1. Shake all ingredients and ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. of granulated sugar in 8 oz. of hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Single Barrel Sazerac

Single Barrel Sazerac

  • 2½ oz Don Q Signature Release Single Barrel, 2005 rum
  • ⅛ oz Absinthe
  • ½ oz Simple syrup *
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 Orange twist for garnish
  1. Add the rum, simple syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass that has been rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with an orange twist.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

White Passion

White Passion

  • 1½ oz Don Q Pasión rum
  • ½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • ½ oz Passion fruit purée
  • ½ oz Simple syrup *
  • Top Chilled club soda
  • White chocolate shavings for garnish
  1. Stir all ingredients and ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

Raspberry Mojito

Raspberry Mojito

  • 1 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 splash Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 4 Fresh raspberries
  1. Muddle raspberries first, then mint. Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top it with a splash of champagne or sparkling wine.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Flores Daiquiri

Flores Daiquiri

  • 1½ oz Don Q Limón rum
  • ¼ oz Elderflower liqueur
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Orange juice
  • ¼ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1-3 drops Orange flower water
  • 1 Orange peel for garnish
  1. Dry shake the Don Q Limón Rum, juices, liqueur, syrup and egg white. Shake again with ice. Top it with a few drops of orange flower water. Mist with orange peel oil. Garnish with orange peel. Coupe Glass
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Daisy de Santiago

Daisy de Santiago

  • 2 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 1½ tsp Simple syrup *
  • 1 oz Chartreuse
  • 1 splash Club soda
  • 1 sprig Mint for garnish
  • 1 wedge Lime for garnish
  1. Fill a large rocks glass with crushed or shaved ice. In a bar glass, add the rum, lime and syrup; stir well and pour over the ice into the glass; stir once more and garnish with mint and a lime wedge. Float the yellow Chartreuse. A splash of club soda adds a sparkle.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

Red Rum

Red Rum

  • 2½ oz Don Q Gold rum
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Maraschino liqueur - not needed
  • 1 Orange wheel for garnish
  1. Pour all ingredients into the cocktail glass. Cover with the shaker, shake well, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion Coupe Glass
