Don Q Daiquiri

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 Lime wheel for garnish
  1. Shake all ingredients and ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. of granulated sugar in 8 oz. of hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Sex on the Beach

Sex on the Beach

  • 1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • ½ oz Peach schnapps
  • 1 oz Orange or pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 5 oz Chambord or Crème de Cassis (Optional)
  • 1 Orange wheel for garnish
  • 1 Cherry for garnish
  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.
  2. *Garnish up to discretion

White Passion

White Passion

  • 1½ oz Don Q Pasión rum
  • ½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • ½ oz Passion fruit purée
  • ½ oz Simple syrup *
  • Top Chilled club soda
  • White chocolate shavings for garnish
  1. Stir all ingredients and ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

Coquito

Coquito

  • 1 cup Don Q Cristal
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz Evaporated milk
  • 8½ oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Shake well and serve cold in small glasses. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  2. Rocks glass

Raspberry Mojito

Raspberry Mojito

  • 1 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 1 bunch Fresh mint
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz Simple syrup *
  • 1 splash Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 4 Fresh raspberries
  1. Muddle raspberries first, then mint. Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top it with a splash of champagne or sparkling wine.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
  3. *Garnish up to discretion

Daisy de Santiago

Daisy de Santiago

  • 2 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 2 oz Lime juice
  • 1½ tsp Simple syrup *
  • 1 oz Chartreuse
  • 1 splash Club soda
  • 1 sprig Mint for garnish
  • 1 wedge Lime for garnish
  1. Fill a large rocks glass with crushed or shaved ice. In a bar glass, add the rum, lime and syrup; stir well and pour over the ice into the glass; stir once more and garnish with mint and a lime wedge. Float the yellow Chartreuse. A splash of club soda adds a sparkle.
  2. *Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.

Dulcinea

Dulcinea

  • 2 oz Don Q Cristal rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz Coconut cream
  • ½ oz Grenadine
  • 1 Orange slice for garnish
  1. Add ice, mix all ingredients in a blender, and garnish with a slice of orange.
  2. Rocks glass, but open to a different style.

Don Q Bonbons

Don Q Bonbons

  • ½ cup Don Q Cristal rum, Don Q Gold rum or Don Q Coco rum
  • 3½ cups Crushed vanilla wafers
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Light corn syrup
  • ¾ cup Powdered sugar
  1. STEPS: Mix Don Q Rum, crushed vanilla wafers, cocoa powder and light corn syrup to make dough. Cut into teaspoon size portions and roll into balls. When all balls are formed, roll in powdered sugar then cover and refrigerate. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen balls. No baking required.
