Mardi Gras Mojo Mojito Sauce
- ⅓ cup Don Q Mojito rum
- ¼ cup Fresh mint
- ½ cup Parsley
- 3 Green onions
- 1 Serrano pepper seeded
- ⅓ cup Brown sugar
- ½ Lemon juiced
- ½ Lime juiced
- PROCEDURE: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until finely chopped, but still in solid texture. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve with cooked shrimp or favorite Asian or Latin appetizer.
