Sex on the Beach

1½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
½ oz Peach schnapps
1 oz Orange or pineapple juice
1 oz Cranberry juice
5 oz Chambord or Crème de Cassis (Optional)
1 Orange wheel for garnish
1 Cherry for garnish

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.
*Garnish up to discretion

Coco Chill

Coco Chill

2 oz Don Q Coco rum
2 oz Coconut water
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 Pineapple slice
1 Orange wheel for garnish
1 Cherry for garnish

Combine all ingredients in an old fashioned or tumbler glass with ice. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with cherry and orange wheel.
*Garnish up to discretion

Red Rum

Red Rum

2½ oz Don Q Gold rum
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Simple syrup *
1 tsp Grenadine
2 dashes Maraschino liqueur - not needed
1 Orange wheel for garnish

Pour all ingredients into the cocktail glass. Cover with the shaker, shake well, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
*Simple syrup: Dissolve 8 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water.
*Garnish up to discretion Coupe Glass
